SNOWSHOES THE TERRACE FOR SOME 'OF BEAUTIFUL !!!!! VALTELLINA
- MEETING AT 8 the church at the square Buglio in central Mt. From here you drive along the Alpe Granda (ca 1600 m).
- DEPARTURE 8.30 am Alpe Granda
AUTOMOTIVE ITINERARY: take the SS 38 from Sondrio to Berbenno since then Valerian (SP 12) to where you enter in Pedemonte Maroggia via (turning right) and climb to the SP 29fino Buglio in Monte (19 km, 0:30 hours from Sondrio). [MEETING OF THE COUNTRY IN CENTRAL SQUARE h 8] Before reaching the main square, take a right and then turn immediately left (signposted Our). A road with asphalt up to the top of the town and continues with several bends (the fund becoming concrete) Our maggengo of reaching the bottom, then proceed to Our Cima, the follow up to the last hairpin right before Our Cima (approximate altitude: 1300 m). Here the road touches the dirt track that Erboli above Ardenno, salt Alpe Granda. We can go down this track with the car (there is a bar, but it is always open), but taking into account that the bottom is uneven and that the space for parking at Alpe Granda is very limited. Would still leave the car as soon as the ground becomes covered with snow, thus difficult time [h DEPARTURE 8.30].
ITINERARIO SINTETICO : Rifugio Alpe Granda (m 1680) - San Quirico (m 2070) - Alpe Granda.
ITINERARIO : dopo aver superato a piedi gli ultimi tratti innevati della rotabile sterrata per l'Alpe Granda si sbuca sugli ampi pascoli che segnano l'inizio della costiera di Scermendone. La vista รจ sublime in ogni direzione, con grandiosi scorci specie sulle cime della Valmasino e sulle Orobie. Si piega quindi a E e seguendo l'ampio sentiero nel bosco, con qualche tornante, ci si alza lentamente until you exit from the edge of the vegetation and gain wide plateau dell'Alpe the screen, the last stop of the walk.
