It would not be 'happy' as in disciplinary proceedings in Rome, in front of the CSM, because of Calciopoli. It 's the second thrust of Narducci, absent the last hearing, against Casoria. The process now faces a dangerous stop, someone perhaps hoping that the process quick to sweep everything. Certainly not the accused Moggi, Mazzini, Bergamo and c. who would like to leave the courtroom of the Ninth Criminal Chamber with an acquittal. Years and years of work, hundreds of thousands of euro interceptions are likely to be thrown away.

There will be a sporting process, with hearings to determine whether Moggi, Giraudo, Mazzini and 49 others are to be struck off (literally, 'the proposal of foreclosure') for ever by any organization o federazione sportiva (anche straniera). Ma non sarà facile stabilirlo: a luglio scadono le pene per Calciopioli e Moggi, fra l'altro, non è più nemmeno tesserato. La pena aggiuntiva della radiazione doveva essere decisa, semmai, dal commissario straordinario Guido Rossi e non adesso da Giancarlo Abete che, suo malgrado, ha ereditato una pratica più che scottante. Anche perché Antonio Giraudo, ex ad della Juve, avrebbe trovato già un ingaggio in un club calcistico belga dalla prossima estate e si farà difendere dall'avvocato Dupont, quello del caso Bosman che sconvolse tutti gli ordinamenti del calcio. E anche Moggi e Mazzini hanno intenzione di dare battaglia, e ricorrere sino al Tar del Lazio. Non si finirà più...
